Long stay

Those who stay for more than 15 days will be offered discount of 20 %. Those staying more than 21 days will be offered discount of 25% and those staying more than a month 35% of the quoted rates. These offers are ideal for writers, artist and for those who would like to undergo Ayurvedic treatment for a long period. In fact for anyone with a long break in mind.

Lunch by arrangement
We offer lunch to guests who are touring the backwaters or passing by en route to other destinations. This is strictly by prior arrangement only. No walk in guests are entertained for lunch. This offer would include a welcome drink, farm tour, snacks, beverages (at additional cost), soup, lunch, dessert and tea / coffee. Approximate time guests spend on the farm is about 2 to 3 hours. Rates available on request.

Theme lunch for groups
We do theme lunch for groups up to 60 to 70 persons maximum. We have done group lunch with a traditional Kerala wedding theme. We have also done curry exchange with other activities like dress exchange etc.. Or, it can be just a typical lunch for a group without any particular theme or activities. Rates available on request, depending upon the exact requirement.
