• Quote will not include hiring of Boats, Vehicles and other services outside the Farm.
• Quote will not include transfer to or from any place. The same may be considered on prior request at extra cost.
• Notice of cancellation in writing only, upto four weeks prior notice - full refund;
  No show - no refund.
• Full payment in advance (Demand Draft favouring Anu Mathew drawn on any bank in Kochi or bank transfer - details upon request) for reconfirmation of booking.
